Glenne Manlig
As President, Glenne Manlig is responsible for overseeing the teams that deliver the services and solutions of over 300 communities we manage in Alberta, comprising over 25,000 homes. Directly reporting into Glenne are leaders in operations, administration, accounting and human resources.
With 15 years of property management experience, Glenne is accountable for overall associate engagement, client retention and delivering on our promise of service excellence to our board of directors through living our core values every day.
Prior to this role, Glenne was an owner and operator of a boutique property management firm in Vancouver. During his time there, he led the company to significant growth through a comprehensive reorganization of the company. Glenne brings a strategic mindset, a focus on providing operational and service excellence and a commitment to enhancing the lives of the people and the communities that he serves.
Lauren Larre, Broker
Lauren is especially proud of the dedication the dynamic teams under her care bring to their roles and client boards. An active leader Lauren is at the forefront of creating and improving processes and ways for enhanced efficiency on her team.
Lauren volunteers her time as a board member with Canadian Condominium Institute South board of directors, providing expertise in various areas including board/owner education, conflict resolution, coaching, training, and development.
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Lauren enjoys golfing, family time and her two dogs.
Jason Krippl
Jason brings many strengths to his role, including careful listening habits that mean adapting his communication style to each individual. Whether it’s internal or external clients, he makes it his goal to fully understand and meet client needs.
His well-rounded experience includes working in the multi-family sector with different multi-family developers in Calgary. As a Chartered Professional Accountant, and CPA Alberta member, Jason is experienced in private and public accounting that includes trust accounting.
Alicia Jentner
Alicia brings more than 10 years of condominium management experience to her role. She formerly owned and operated one of the highest rated boutique condominium management firms in Edmonton. Alicia’s condo roots run deep as a past condo owner herself and serving as the board president for the corporation.
Alicia brings many strengths to her role and her ability to adapt and change is key to her successful career. She says it’s difficult to choose just one core value, however, Improve It rises to the top. “We can always improve and I firmly believe in progress. Improve It acknowledges our humanity and resilience and I enjoy the challenge of the journey to continually Improve It.”
Alicia’s vast experience in condominium management, and her financial and business acumen are complemented by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology. When she’s not working Alicia loves a perfect cappuccino, a refreshing nature hike and snuggling in for family movie night.
Jennifer Milz
A strong people leader, Jennifer joined FirstService Residential in 2006. She brings 20+ years of industry experience in facilities and retail operations management, with 18+ years as a specialized condominium manager.
Jennifer’s strengths include budgeting, effective communications, and continually seeking out new knowledge. Not only is she continually building her own skills and expertise, but she encourages her team to do the same.
Building great relationships is important to Jennifer. “Listening and collaborating are the keys to success, while remaining responsive and transparent helps us grow great communities for our residents and owners.”
Jennifer is a licensed condominium manager through the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
Phoenix Giffuni
Specializing in rejuvenating underperforming property portfolios, Phoenix says, “Aim high challenges me daily to get outside my comfort zone and never settle, we can always do better.”
Phoenix has worked in small and large companies including not-for-profit, managing various building types and portfolios. Holding her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation along with her property management real estate associate license, Phoenix was previously area manager with one of Canada’s largest owner/operator property management groups.
With over 19 years’ experience in multi-family housing, Phoenix joined FirstService Residential in 2019, and worked with the leadership team to launch Alberta market’s multi-family platform in 2020.
Rob Detta Colli
Joining FirstService Energy, Rob brings 15 years of energy management experience working directly with multi-unit residential owners. Rob is an engineer, holds a master’s in business, and is a Certiļ¬ed Energy Manager.
Trevor Schulz
As Business Development Director, Trevor leads the continued growth and strategy for FirstService Residential in Alberta. Prior to joining FirstService Residential Trevor worked in the recruitment industry partnering with property management firms across the condominium, rental, and commercial industry sectors.
Trevor brings many strengths to his role, including active listening, and two-communication. “To meet client needs it’s important I listen and understand them so I can recommend the right course of action.” Whether a potential or existing client, Trevor is attentive, focusing on them, and their specific business needs.
Trevor is passionate about real estate, and while he worked in a recruitment capacity in the industry, he pivoted to business development for a more direct role in the sector. Always looking to improve, Trevor’s years in competitive sports instilled this attitude at a young age.

When he's not at work, you’ll find Trevor spending his time playing and coaching basketball.
